Dr. Kim joined Tier Orthopedics in 1977 after graduating from Seoul National University and Seoul National Medical School, and serving as a Lieutenant Commander in the United States Navy.
He is Board Certified in Orthopedic surgery.
Dr. Kim is a clinical professor at SUNY – Upstate Medical University in Syracuse. He is a member of the New York State Orthopedic Society, and also serves as Section Chief of Orthopedic surgery at Lourdes Hospital in Binghamton. |

Thomas R. Van Gorder, MD
Dr. Van Gorder joined Tier Orthopedics in 1987 after graduating from Vestal High School, Clarkson College of Technology and the State University at Buffalo School of Medicine.
He is Board Certified in Orthopedic surgery.
Dr. Van Gorder is a clinical instructor at SUNY – Upstate Medical University in Syracuse. He is also a member of the Broome County Medical Society and the New York State Orthopedic Society.
Dr. Van Gorder is a team physician for the Binghamton Senators and the Binghamton Mets. |

Stephen G. Federowicz, MD
Dr. Federowicz (Dr. Steve) joined Tier Orthopedics in 1992 after graduating from Vestal High School, Georgetown University, and SUNY – Upstate Medical University in Syracuse.
He is Board Certified in Orthopedic and hand surgery and completed a fellowship in hand surgery.
Dr. Steve is a clinical instructor at SUNY- Upstate Medical University. He is a member of the New York State Orthopedic Society.

Matthew T. Bennett, MD
Dr. Bennett joined Tier Orthopedics in 2005 after graduating from Johnson City High School, Cornell University, and SUNY – Upstate Medical University in Syracuse.
He completed a fellowship in spinal surgery at the Texas Back Institute.
He is Board Certified in Orthopedic surgery.
Dr. Bennett is a member of the North American Spine Society , American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons and New York State Orthopedic Society.
