We have emergency coverage 7 days a week 24 hours a day. All emergencies after hours should call the office or go directly to Lourdes Emergency Room.

Prescription Information:

Prescription questions or renewal questions call the office
and connect with Physician's Medical Assistant.

Fees and Payment Overview:

All co-pays are due at time of service.
All patient responsibility payments are due at time of service.
