A: Monday — Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Q: Are you affiliated with any Hospital?
A: We are affiliated with Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital and perform all our outpatient and inpatient surgery there.
We also schedule our outpatient tests at Lourdes and take our emergency call from Lourdes Hospital.
Q: What if I need you in an emergency?
A:: We have emergency coverage 7 days a week 24 hours a
day. All emergencies after hours should call the office or go directly
to Lourdes Emergency Room.
Q: What do I do if I need help with a prescription?
A: If you need a refill - click here... If you have specific questions other than requesting a refill, call the office and request to speak with a Physician's Medical Assistant.
Q: When is payment due?
A: Co-Paymets and Co-insurance are due at time of service, for your convenience we accept Visa and Mastercard.
Q: What insurance companies do you participate with?
A: This is a list of the current insurance companies that
we participate with, and this is always subject to change. Because there are so many insurance companies and insurance policies, we request that if you have any questions regarding what your
insurance will cover or your out of pocket expense, that you contact your insurance company directly prior to your appointment.
